1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the OSCE.AI app (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

OSCE.AI is an educational platform designed to support clinical reasoning and OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) preparation. It is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice or clinical training.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service lawfully and ethically.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Not copy, redistribute, or misuse any AI-generated or proprietary content.

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the functionality of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and intellectual property within OSCE.AI — including case data, algorithms, UI/UX design, and educational material — are owned by OSCE.AI Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written consent.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect limited user data to improve educational experience and performance analytics. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Medicine is a continually evolving field, and clinical standards, guidelines, and drug therapies may change as new research and clinical experience emerge. While OSCE.AI strives to provide educational content that reflects generally accepted standards at the time of publication, the information presented may contain errors, omissions, or become outdated over time. OSCE.AI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or clinical applicability of any content and disclaims all liability arising from its use. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all medical information through authoritative sources, including clinical guidelines, institutional policies, and official drug product information (such as manufacturer package inserts), particularly with respect to dosages, indications, contraindications, and newly introduced or infrequently used therapies. OSCE.AI content is provided strictly for educational purposes and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, clinical training, or patient care decisions.

7. Account Termination

OSCE.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the platform’s integrity.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. OSCE.AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
